- PayPal. You may also use direct checkout on Etsy.
- Cash and credit cards are accepted in person.
- Augmented Gem Jewelry is a HST registrant.
- Sales tax (GST/HST) will be charged on sales shipped to a location within Canada.
- Custom orders require a non-refundable down payment before designing can begin.
- Total pricing will be based on a design fee, plus materials & time.
- Returns are not accepted on custom orders.
Shipping and Handling:
- Orders ship flat rate with Canada Post. One price no matter how many pieces to your order.
- Packages are sent fairly quickly and also include tracking with insurance coverage.
- Any additional fees such as taxes, duty, or return postage are the clients responsibility.
- Local pickup is available.
- Request a coupon code for Stoney Creek (L8J) to pick up.
- Must enter coupon code at checkout, otherwise your purchase may be delivered as charged.
- Purchases ship in a cotton filled jewelry box, or black velveteen pouch, in bubble envelopes.
- Parcels ship out fairly quick around here. Often within 24 hours of payment clearing.
- Please recognize that border processing can and likely will affect processing times.
- Augmented Gem Jewelry ships within Canada and USA, with the exception to California and air stage (extremely remote) areas.
- Clients have 30 days from the time jewelry was sent out to notify of issue.
- Due to their personal nature, earrings + hair accessories are non-returnable.
- Custom accessories and custom design fees are non-refundable.
- Client is responsible for the return shipping process.
- Money paid out (less shipping fees) will be refunded upon receipt of accessories in agreed upon condition.
- Materials have not been tested.
- Accessories are not for children.
- Home office is located in Upper Stoney Creek (Hamilton, Ontario).
- Appointments are necessary.
- My home is pet friendly. Two Rottweilers and a house cat keep me company.
